The Power of Our Thoughts & Words
Our thoughts and words are incredibly powerful. Too bad, the reins are often not in our hands. Being subservient makes for a more manageable society and a better consumer. Yet, with conscious awareness … a spotlight, on our inner and outer dialogue we can make massive changes and start to reclaim our sovereignty. Change your thoughts and words – change your life. Thought (energy) together with voice (vibration) is the beginning of manifestation. Our unconscious minds do not differentiate between self and others. Judging others is the same as judging self. Point one finger at someone and notice three fingers are pointing back at you. What you say to others you are basically internalizing the same for yourself and you will react accordingly. ‘Should’ is a word to be wary of. It is a word representing someone else’s values that have been adopted but really do not reflect one’s own values. I like to say, “Stop shoulding on yourself!” How often has media and marketing suggested you should do this or that, or made you feel you lacked something, convincing you need to buy their product? ‘Need’ is another impoverishing word implying desperation and lack. Simply changing, ‘I need’ to ‘I choose’ creates an empowering attitude and consequently our world opens to more possibilities.
