Humanity just celebrated our 53rd Earth Day. Leading edge science is bringing to light how we are all connected, not just to each other but to nature. We are human nature after all!  Discoveries are increasingly showing us how sophisticated communication is occurring between trees, how animals are compassionate towards other species and how some humans can communicate telepathically with nature…..  and so much more.  The Global Coherence Initiative (www.HeartMath.org) is collecting data and scientifically proving how our interconnectedness and our power to affect change is through our hearts; that we influence through emotions (energy in motion) and behaviors. Science is catching up to ancient, indigenous, wisdom. Think drum beating … heart beating.  Loving ourselves, completely, holistically and compassionately is simultaneously loving our planet of which we are a part while raising consciousness towards a higher frequency reality.
